The legendary hockey circle. The All Stars won over the Alumni 3-2, but only because the game lasts too long.

Judson maintenance men are so good at fixing problems like the sink hole in the road behind the gym.

Wow! Judson's new project is huge! It's going to be great when it's finished, but I feel sorry for the horses (this is where they used to be).

A Wedding, The New Hope, A Birthday, and Halloween
This weekend I went to Albertville, AL, to my cousin Aimee's wedding. Christy came to the wedding, and I went back to New Hope with her. What a weekend! So much to do in such a small amount of time...Aunt Marilyn, I hope you took today off just to get some rest. I guess that was probably the last time I'll go to the New Hope...from now on I get to go to Atlanta/Buford. Yeah for Christy!
Happy Birthday to Angie today!!
I hope everyone had a good Halloween! I expect some very cute pictures from all of you with babies! Jennifer and Josh, what a cute little flower you grew! I guess I should go blow the candle out of my pumpkin now, it's 10:00 so we shouldn't have any more trick-or-treaters. We had a few very cute little kids show up tonight. I think I was more excited than they were...this was our first holiday in our new house and I never had trick-or-treaters before. Good times!

Birthdays and More
Happy late birthday to Makinna, who turned 1 year old last Thursday!
Happy Birthday to Christy of New Hope!! (I had to say that because next year that will be different.) I can't believe you're 25!
In other news, our "cute little kitten" tried to cut off my toe today. Looks can be so deceiving!
Lately I've been missing my friends an extra lot. Missing the times when it was so easy to get together. I can't wait to see all my meemaws for Christmas. Which reminds me; I have a job for them. Please, please post or email me your favorite meemaw picture...and yes, they can include peepaws and baby meemaws (someone please find a name for them!)!!!! This is for a surprise!
I forgot that I said I'd post pictures of us "playing trucks" so here's one. Maybe I'll get around to posting more later.

So I'm finally updating. Aren't you all glad? Right now I am tired from sitting here on dial-up for two hours (I hope no one tried to call), so this will be quick. We got a new kitten. His name is Cosmo (like Cosmo Kramer). I rescued him from work. We came back from lunch one day and he was all alone under a bush. I think he's 4 or 5 weeks old. He still licks your fingers and stuff like he's trying to nurse but he eats regular food as long as you wet it. He's very cute. And so you see, we don't need another meemaw baby. Sometimes I can't believe how often people ask about us having a baby. Why am I talking about this? Let's move on....
Last week we went off-roading on our club's "Ultimate Adventure" which turned out to be not quite so ultimate. I'll try to post the story and pictures tomorrow.
Next Tuesday is our anniversary...I can't believe we've been married two years already.
It turns out that I am fast becoming addicted to blogging. I may not update this one regulary, but I read everyone else's religiously. And then I post comments and link from those blogs to other blogs, etc. I just wish I had clever titles and posts like some of my wonderful friends. They keep me updated on world events and general fun info. For example, where else could I learn things like the history of Good King Wensceslas, that Meemaws have very cute babies, that I am friends with John Wayne and am married to Jimmy Stewart, that my friends love Lucy, that everyone needs a pair of pink shorts, and that you can buy a soul's salvation for $48? For those of you who don't know what that means, just check out the links on the side of this page.

Doctor's Report
From Ty and Angie:
We took Abby today to see Dr. Herndan, a pediatric urologist, at Children's Hospital in Birmingham. He changed her antibiotic, so hopefully!! this one won't cause her severe constipation and gas like the last one. By looking at the ct scan of her kidneys that was taken in July, he said her right kidney looked smaller and on the outside didn't look like it formed properly. He wants to take another x-ray in 6 months and go from there. All depends on if she has anymore kidney infections or urinary tract infections. At this time, her renal reflux looks bad enough that she would have to have surgery to correct it, BUT it all depends on if she has anymore infections and how her kidneys look in 6 months to a year. We are praying that it corrects itself!! On a happier note, she's gaining weight!! She now weighs 9 pounds 4 ounces. I know that doesn't seem like much for an 11 week old baby, but we've been working hard at gaining weight since she came out of the hospital in July!!
P.S. Happy Anniversary to Ty and Angie! I can't believe it's been two years!
